Established organisation, based in Manchester city centre which is experiencing a period of exciting growth is looking for an Account Manager to join their expanding team! Hybrid working.
This is a unique opportunity for someone with an agency background to join a company where building client relationships, project delivery, communication, and strong customer mind-set are key!
Working alongside the Client Director, you will stay close to the client, communicate clearly, prepare reporting, co-ordinate internal teams and make sure you deliver on client commitments.
You will manage multiple clients within the print, packaging and label industry, you will be supported by the Account Executives and Admin teams, leaving you time to build customer relationships, update customers by using the dashboard systems and help retain clients as well as unlocking long-term growth.

Your role will involve liaising with many external client departments such as purchasing, operations and stakeholders to make sure you're talking to the right contacts, as well as making sure projects are delivered on-time and on-brief.
As well as retaining existing clients, your role will be to explore new opportunities and develop those clients, as well as onboarding any new customers.
