About The Role

We’re looking for a commercially driven Account Manager to join our customer success team, taking ownership for a high-growth portfolio of accounts.

This is not a supporting role, you will use your experience to own an entire portfolio end-to-end. From onboarding new customers onto the platform through to renewals, and retention. If you’re a self-starter who rolls their sleeves up, gets things done, and wants real ownership, we’d love to hear from you!

You’ll be responsible for

  • Owning the full customer lifecycle in your market, from onboarding new customers through to account management, renewals, and churn prevention
  • Driving rapid, high-quality onboarding that sets customers up for long-term success and measurable ROI
  • Managing a high-volume book of business with a proactive approach, identifying growth opportunities, risks, and expansion within your accounts
  • Building deep relationships with customers, understanding their needs and demonstrating ongoing value throughout the partnership
  • Handling churn requests and renewal negotiations with confidence, finding solutions that protect and grow revenue
  • Acting as a key contributor to our international growth, sharing market insights, feeding back on trends, and helping shape how we scale
  • Operating with autonomy and accountability, making independent decisions, and finding solutions

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
