Job Summary
‘Lalizas UK’, the British arm of family-owned ‘Lalizas’ are a leading manufacturer and distributor of a number of the most well recognized and respected brands within the marine sector. Facilitating all aspects of the British boating market, Lalizas UK work with a highly reputable customer base throughout England, Scotland, Wales, and the Channel Islands.
We now require a top performing Marine Account Manager to join our growing team. You will be responsible for building relationships, identifying, and maximising sales opportunities and promoting fantastic customer service.
Responsibilities
- Developing new opportunities, driving sales, building relationships with key clients within the sales territory.
- Regularly visit and communicate with business partners, ranging from Boat builders, Chandleries, and service stations, with the aim of maximising sales and relationships.
- Proactively obtain market feedback to help identify sales opportunities.
- Deliver and provide product training and support to business partners on all brands within the Lalizas offering.
- Work in tandem with the internal Lalizas UK team to offer market-leading customer service to business partners.
- Continuously adapt to the market and demonstrate clear communication and problem-solving skills to overcome any issues presented.
- Represent Lalizas at worldwide Boat shows and Trade shows.

- Experience of B2B sales and account management
- A winning hunger and positive mind-set
- Motivated by achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Knowledge of the leisure or commercial marine sector
- A willingness to actively engage with current and potential customers
- Able to build and develop relationships both internally and externally
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
