Who Are Massive Rocket?

Massive Rocket is a rapidly scaling Braze and Snowflake agency on a mission to transform how digital marketing, product, and engineering teams connect. In just five years, we’ve grown at speed and are now gearing up for our next big milestone: hitting $100M in revenue. We build human experiences at scale, powered by cutting-edge web, mobile, cloud, data, and AI technologies. If you’re excited by innovation, love solving complex challenges, and want to help shape the future of digital experiences, you’ll feel right at home here.

Every role at Massive Rocket is entrepreneurial. The people who thrive here don’t just focus on their own remit — they understand the goals of the teams around them and actively contribute to the success of their colleagues, customers, and partners. We’re building a culture of ownership, collaboration, and growth, and we’re looking for people who want to make a real impact.

Who Are We Looking to Add to Our Team?

We’re looking for an Account Manager to own and grow relationships with our strategic clients. You’ll be the senior day-to-day contact, connecting client priorities with our Strategy, Delivery, Programme Management, and specialist teams.

This role combines client leadership, commercial ownership, and account growth, ensuring clients see measurable value while identifying opportunities to deepen our partnerships.

What Will You Do?

  • Own strategic client relationships, building trusted connections across senior, regional, and market stakeholders.
  • Act as the primary commercial and strategic point of contact, managing priorities, risks, escalations, and opportunities.
  • Lead client status meetings, account reviews, governance forums, and Executive Business Reviews.
  • Coordinate internal teams to ensure client priorities are clearly understood, appropriately scoped, and delivered effectively.
  • Develop strategic account plans covering stakeholders, client priorities, renewals, risks, and growth opportunities.
  • Identify and lead renewals, upsells, extensions, and expansion opportunities across markets, brands, teams, and capabilities.
  • Maintain visibility of account health, pipeline, revenue, profitability, client satisfaction, and commercial risks.
  • Translate complex delivery, data, marketing, and technical work into clear business outcomes and recommendations for senior clients.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
