About HAYRA

Hayra is an AI-native hiring agency on a genuinely huge mission: we're building the future of how companies find, hire, and scale talent. Today that means two things working in balance — Talent Solutions (TaaS), our done-for-you hiring service on a flat monthly subscription instead of clunky placement fees, and the AI-powered app behind it, giving clients real-time visibility into their pipeline, candidates, and hiring data.

We're a service business looking to move into product — we're building towards a full self-service product for brand and web-app scaling, and by 2027 our ambition is to become the one-stop hiring marketplace: a single place where any company can find, vet, and hire the people they need, powered by AI, with Hayra's own hiring DNA baked in from day one. We're a small, fast paced, founder-led team building something big, and we move fast — this is a rare, ground-floor seat on a company that's about to change shape.

About the Role

We're looking for an Account Manager to join us at a genuinely exciting point: we're scaling Talent Solutions while building the AI-native platform underneath it — the same platform we're betting will be a one-stop hiring marketplace by 2027. If you want a front-row seat on how a service business turns into a tech product, this could be for you.

You'll be the main point of contact for a portfolio of client accounts, which means you actually have to enjoy building relationships, not just managing them. You'll own delivery end to end — running the weekly delivery call, keeping every stakeholder (client, Talent Acquisition Specialist, candidates) aligned, and making sure every hire lands inside our time-to-fill target. Alongside your clients, you'll lead your own pod: coordinating the Talent Acquisition Specialists working your accounts and keeping the whole team briefed and pulling in the same direction.

This is relationship-first work built on real process: structured scorecards, weekly reporting, and a platform that gives clients live visibility into their pipeline. You'll need to be just as comfortable presenting a client report as you are getting hands-on when a role needs it — and because you sit closest to what clients actually need, what you learn shapes the product we're building towards 2027.

Responsibilities

  • At the core of this role is trust: clients hiring at pace need to believe someone's got their back, and that's you.
  • Own the success of a portfolio of client accounts, from kickoff to signed offers, as their main point of contact.
  • Make sure every account hits its KPIs — time-to-fill, client satisfaction, retention — and keep the door open to bigger bands as clients grow.
  • Present regular client reports and reviews, turning pipeline data into a story clients actually want to hear.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

You don't do this alone — you lead a small pod behind each account:

  • Lead the Talent Acquisition Specialists working your accounts, keeping everyone briefed and aligned on what each client actually needs.
  • Be the institutional memory for your accounts — nothing about a brief, process, or client history should get lost between people.

Underneath the relationship is the delivery, and that's on you too:

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from brief to signed offer inside our 42-day time-to-fill target, rebriefing and restarting any search that overruns to 72 days.
  • Lead client kickoffs: take the brief, agree the interview process role by role, and walk clients through our platform clearly and in a fixed order, not free-form.
  • Partner with your Talent Acquisition Specialists to prioritise sourcing effort and keep candidate scorecards sharp and role-specific.

Nobody should ever have to chase you for an update:

  • Report proactively on hiring progress and pipeline health, rather than waiting to be asked.
  • Explain and apply our commercial terms correctly and confidently — banding, the zero-role floor, roll-forward capacity, review points — so clients always know where they stand.

And you're always looking outward, not just at your own desk:

  • Support employer brand and candidate experience initiatives for your accounts.
  • Stay on top of hiring trends and market rates across your client verticals, and feed that intelligence back to clients and our product team.
  • Build relationships strong enough that clients renew and expand, not just tolerate the service.

About You

  • 12–18 months+ experience in account management, client success, or delivery — agency, recruitment, or another service-led business.
  • Comfortable with a service-led business and the KPIs that come with it: time-to-fill, satisfaction, retention, not just vanity metrics.
  • Confident managing client expectations — agreeing targets and forecasts, and being straight about how you'll get there.
  • Genuine interest in e-commerce, DTC, and fast-growing agencies — you'll be living in their world every day.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and an early-stage product — you'll be helping build the platform as much as using it.

Benefits

  • Join a small, fast paced, founder-led team building something genuinely big — not just another agency.
  • Unlimited holiday policy, no need to stress about being well rested.
  • A front-row seat (and real influence) on the AI-native platform we're building towards a 2027 hiring marketplace.
  • Serious, fast progression as Hayra scales — we promote on impact, not tenure.
  • Hybrid working, with real in-person meetups and community events built into the job, not just the odd social.
  • Annual bonus scheme based on personal and company performance.
  • 30-day work-abroad scheme — be anywhere in the world.
  • Hands-on access to Hayra's own AI hiring platform and the newest recruitment tech, while it's still being built.
  • Personal development budget for courses, certifications, and training.
  • Wellness allowance (gym memberships, running apps, etc.).
  • A high-ownership, high-energy environment where your fingerprints end up on the product, not just your job description.
