The role combines account management, project coordination and commercial awareness. You’ll help clients get value from existing services while identifying opportunities to develop the relationship further.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Building strong relationships with client stakeholders and understanding their business objectives.
- Running briefing sessions and translating requirements into clear actions, deliverables and success measures.
- Coordinating work across data, technology and consulting teams, keeping projects on schedule and within agreed budgets.
- Maintaining delivery plans, tracking dependencies and communicating risks before they affect client commitments.
- Managing changes to project requirements, ensuring the impact on costs, resources and deadlines is agreed and documented.
- Preparing proposals, project updates and review materials that explain progress and demonstrate business value.
- Monitoring project expenditure, resource requirements and profitability, providing accurate information for forecasting.
- Supporting account reviews and identifying opportunities for additional services or wider client engagement.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
