Hybrid – London / Remote
Certus Recruitment is working with an established financial SaaS business entering an exciting new phase of growth.
Our client provides a cloud-based financial management and accounting platform, helping mid-market organisations modernise their finance operations and move beyond restrictive legacy systems.
With 20 years behind the business, a proven SaaS product and an established customer base, they are now investing in their next stage of expansion – bringing a genuine scale-up mentality to an already successful software company.
We're looking for a commercially minded Account Manager who enjoys building strong customer relationships, identifying opportunities for growth and becoming a genuine trusted advisor to clients.
This isn't a passive customer support role.
You'll take ownership of a portfolio of existing mid-market customers, working with CFOs, finance teams and operational leaders to increase adoption, uncover expansion opportunities, strengthen retention and develop longer-term commercial relationships.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
