Role Description

The Account Manager is a contract, on-site role based in the London Area, United Kingdom. In this position, the individual manages day-to-day relationships with brand clients, serving as the main point of contact and ensuring projects move smoothly from brief to delivery. Responsibilities include:

The Account Manager monitors campaign performance, gathers feedback, and identifies opportunities to refine concepts and deepen client partnerships. The role also involves:

  • Preparing reports
  • Supporting pitches and proposals
  • Maintaining organized documentation for all active accounts

Qualifications

  • Client relationship management skills, including the ability to build trust, manage expectations, and communicate clearly with diverse stakeholders.
  • Project coordination and organizational skills to handle multiple campaigns, timelines, and deliverables in a fast-paced environment.
  • Understanding of social media, digital content, and advertising fundamentals, with an interest in creative strategy and audience engagement.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present ideas, summarize insights, and prepare client-ready documents.
  • Comfort working on-site in London and collaborating closely with production and creative teams during street interviews and content creation.
  • Experience in account management, agency environments, or brand partnerships is beneficial; familiarity with content production or video workflows is a plus.
  • Proactive, detail-focused, and adaptable mindset, with the ability to solve problems independently and maintain composure under tight deadlines.
