Sales Account Manager/Internal based: Excellent package.

Our Client is a market-leading supplier of industrial electrical components and technical solutions. As they continue to expand their footprint in the UK's industrial control and automation sector for 2026, we are looking for a dynamic, office-based Account Manager to join our Client's high-performing sales team.

The Role

This is a proactive, office-based position focused on nurturing a portfolio of existing B2B clients while identifying new growth opportunities within the industrial electrical market and across all industry sectors for some specific product areas of our Client's range. Training on the products will be provided and the technical aspects are relatively simple. Some basic understanding of the electrical or electronic sector would be desirable. You will act as the primary sales and account manager, and commercial point of contact for Systems Integrators, Panel Builders, End Users, Contractors, OEMs, and wholesalers, ensuring they receive industry-leading service and technical support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Relationship Management: Manage and grow an established portfolio of industrial accounts, ensuring high retention and customer satisfaction.
  • Business Development: Proactively identify white space opportunities within existing accounts and secure new business through consultative outreach.
  • Technical Advisory: Provide expert guidance on the company range of industrial electrical products.
  • Commercial Negotiation: Prepare accurate quotations, negotiate contract terms, and manage pricing to achieve margin targets.
  • Pipeline Management: Use CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) to track interactions, forecast sales, and maintain a robust opportunity pipeline.
  • Collaborative Sales: Work closely with technical and logistics teams to ensure seamless order processing and after-sales support.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
