Account Manager

Advertising & Creative Agency | Near Chester, with easy access from both Chester and Liverpool | Salary negotiable depending on experience

Who We Are

We’re a fun, friendly, close-knit, high-impact agency in Cheshire, working with household brands that people know and trust.

As long-standing partners of Gorilla Glue, O'Keeffe's, John West, Wall's, Sharpie, WD-40 and more, we deliver a full-service offering that spans brand strategy, TV, POS, packaging, digital, social and every touchpoint in between.

We’re small enough for everyone to make a difference, but ambitious enough to work on some genuinely exciting projects for well-known UK and international brands.

The Role

We’re looking for a bright, ambitious Account Manager to join our successful independent advertising and creative agency.

This is a hands-on role where you’ll get genuine client contact, real responsibility and exposure to a broad range of projects spanning advertising, branding, design, packaging, digital, social and integrated campaigns.

You’ll work closely with our clients and creative teams, helping to take briefs, manage projects and timings, keep multiple jobs moving and make sure everything stays on track.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
