The Vacancy
At WPS, we are looking for an experienced Account Manager to join our Facilities Management team, managing a high-profile portfolio on behalf of our client, JLL, across Aviva sites.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a customer-focused FM professional who thrives on building strong relationships, driving operational performance, and delivering exceptional service outcomes. You'll act as the key link between WPS, JLL, and Aviva stakeholders, ensuring services are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for JLL and Aviva stakeholders across the portfolio.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Lead the delivery of all contracted FM services, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and service level agreements.
- Monitor operational and commercial performance across the account, identifying opportunities for improvement and growth.
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance, ensuring value for money and achievement of account targets.
- Review performance data, KPIs, and service reports, implementing actions to drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure all health, safety, environmental, and compliance requirements are met across the portfolio.
- Collaborate with internal operational teams and supply chain partners to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Support contract retention, service enhancement initiatives, and account development opportunities.
- Lead regular client meetings, performance reviews, and strategic business planning sessions.

What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in an Account Manager, Contract Manager, or Senior Facilities Management role.
- Strong knowledge of Facilities Management service delivery within commercial property environments.
- Proven experience managing key client relationships and stakeholder engagement.
- Strong commercial awareness with experience managing budgets and financial performance.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
- Experience interpreting and managing KPIs, SLAs, and performance metrics.
- Sound understanding of Health & Safety and compliance within FM environments.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and supply chain partners to achieve shared objectives.
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the portfolio as required.
