Account Manager
Sector: Housing / Construction
Location: East Midlands / East Anglia (Hybrid)
Salary & Package: £55,000 - £65,000 + essential car use allowance + pension + 25 days Holiday (increasing with years of service) + private healthcare
Sea Global are proud to be partnering with one of the UK’s leading non for profit organisations, who have rich history in the social housing sector. Over the past few years they have grown tremendously in size and are expanding their team.
The role is an Account Manager / Head of Member Services position and they are ideally looking for someone with Account Management or Asset Management experience within the Housing Sector. The team looks after the day-to-day account management for the companies members and clients, with this role focusing on the East Midlands and East Anglia regions.

Reporting into the Director of Member Services, the successful candidate will work in a team who are a close-knit bunch and are really supportive. This role offers hybrid working and does require you to get to events and visit clients within the region from time to time.

- Lead on account & asset management
- Provide service to a range of members across the region
- Manage relationships with the members across the specified region to secure member engagement and maintain good relationships
- Develop and nurture relationships with internal colleagues and external clients
Experience & Requirements
- Account or asset management experience
- Experienced within the Housing / Construction / Building sectors is beneficial but not essential
- Is used to managing relationships with multiple stakeholders
