Job Description
This isn’t a cold-calling job. It’s a relationship-led, consultative sales role with a massive installed base, a credible brand, and real earning potential. The Opportunity
As an Enterprise Account Manager covering the UK and Ireland, you’ll engage with CFOs and Financial Directors to uncover where our client’s EPM, financial planning, and analytics solutions can solve real problems. You’re not starting from zero, you’re walking into warm accounts with established trust and a platform of solutions that genuinely deliver.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing and growing a portfolio of enterprise accounts across the UK and Ireland, engaging stakeholders up to Board level.
- Identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities across EPMs and financial software portfolios, including cloud-based planning, reporting, and BI solutions.
- Running structured, consultative sales processes using MEDDIC or similar methodology.
- Acting as a trusted advisor to CFOs, Finance Directors, and senior finance teams, navigating real business challenges.
- Collaborating with pre-sales, customer success, and leadership to drive complex, high-value deals to close.

What We’re Looking For
You’re an experienced enterprise software Account Manager who knows how to open doors, close deals, and you’re energized by both. Specifically:
- Proven Track Record: selling EPM, ERP, financial reporting, planning, or analytics software into the Office of the CFO.
- Hunter Mentality within Accounts: you sport opportunity, build multi-threaded relationships, and drive expansion proactively.
- Comfortable at the Top Table: you engage credibly with CFOs, FDs, and senior finance stakeholders.
- Structured in Your Approach: MEDDIC or equivalent methodology is second nature to you.
- Resilient and Adaptable: you thrive in fast-moving, high-performance environments where things evolve quickly.
