Account Manager

You like the commercial side of account management, but you don’t want to sit back and wait for renewals to happen. You enjoy being proactive, getting in front of customers, and finding the next opportunity to grow an account.

As Account Manager, you’ll focus on growing the service contract base across the UK, building long-term relationships while creating new revenue through calls, emails, and site visits. You’ll be working in diagnostics, so it’s a strong opportunity for someone with sales experience who wants to move into the medical world and build knowledge as they go.

This role suits someone hungry, self-motivated, and comfortable taking the initiative. If you want to join a growing business, develop a specialist customer base, and have clear ownership of a £1m revenue target, there’s plenty of scope to make an impact.

Who’s it for and what’s in it for you?

Our client is a specialist healthcare technology business supporting hospitals, clinics and healthcare providers with diagnostic imaging equipment. They provide independent servicing, repairs, maintenance, rental and equipment sales, helping healthcare teams reduce downtime, improve efficiency and maintain high standards of patient care.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
