Account Manager / Senior Account Manager
Medical Device Marketing Agency | Hybrid – Brentford office 2 days per week
I’m recruiting on behalf of a specialist, fast-growing medical device marketing agency that is looking to expand its Account Management team.
They are open to hiring at both Account Manager and Senior Account Manager level, depending on experience.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys building strong client relationships, managing complex marketing projects and working closely with innovative companies across the medical device and wider healthcare sector.
The opportunity
You’ll act as a key point of contact for clients, managing projects from brief through to delivery while developing a strong understanding of their technologies, therapeutic areas and commercial goals.
The successful candidate will work closely with internal teams to ensure projects are delivered efficiently, on time and to a consistently high standard.
At Senior Account Manager level, there will be a greater focus on becoming a strategic partner to clients, providing guidance on marketing activities and helping shape programmes that support wider business objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Manage client projects from start to finish, ensuring deadlines, budgets and quality standards are met.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
- Act as a trusted day-to-day point of contact for clients.
- Develop a detailed understanding of client technologies, therapeutic areas and business objectives.
- Coordinate estimates, proposals and scopes for new projects.
- Provide regular reporting and project updates to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Keep project management platforms and internal systems up to date.
- Work collaboratively with internal colleagues, involving the right people at the right stage of each project.
- Stay informed on developments within relevant therapeutic areas and markets.
- Support the wider account team to ensure successful delivery across multiple client projects.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
