Account Manager Opportunity in Medical Communications
Are you an experienced Account Manager in the medical communications industry? Are you looking to develop your skills in a new hybrid role? Oxford PharmaGenesis has a new client services opportunity based at our London office, on a hybrid basis.
About the Role
We are looking for an Account Manager to support with established Medical Affairs accounts. The role would primarily involve working on events, including advisory boards, roundtables, masterclasses, and symposia, as well as medical affairs materials such as internal communications and strategic slide decks, with a focus on compliance and HCP contracting.
The role would suit a confident, highly organized, and proactive individual with strong medical communications experience, ideally with experience in compliance and regulatory aspects for events, including HCP contracting and transparency reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Experience managing client relationships and day-to-day account delivery within medical communications
- Excellent planning and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Confidence liaising with clients, internal teams, and external stakeholders to keep projects moving smoothly
- A strong eye for detail, with the ability to review project materials and support accurate delivery
- Commercial awareness, including experience supporting scopes, timelines, and budget tracking
