Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Account Manager role based in Aberdeen. The Account Manager will oversee day-to-day client relationships, ensuring campaigns and projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to a high standard across PR, creative, and digital channels. Responsibilities include coordinating internal teams, managing briefs, preparing reports and updates, and identifying opportunities to grow accounts. The role also involves monitoring campaign performance, contributing to strategic planning, and supporting new business proposals and presentations. The Account Manager will collaborate closely with colleagues and clients to ensure clear communication and consistent, measurable results.

  • Demonstrated experience in account management, client service, or project management within communications, marketing, or related fields.
  • Strong skills in relationship building, stakeholder management, and clear, professional communication (written and verbal).
  • Ability to coordinate multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced agency environment.
  • Understanding of PR, digital, and creative campaign delivery, including performance tracking and reporting.
  • Comfort with collaborating in cross-functional teams and providing constructive feedback to drive high-quality work.
  • Proficiency with common office and collaboration tools; familiarity with analytics or reporting platforms is an advantage.
  • Relevant degree or equivalent professional experience in communications, marketing, business, or a related discipline.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach and willingness to learn, adapt, and contribute to agency and client growth.
