About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Account Manager with a strong understanding of financial institutions and the fintech SaaS landscape to support and grow our existing client portfolio.

You will play a key role in helping customers successfully adopt, expand, and maximize the value of the FintechOS platform while driving long-term partnerships, customer retention, and revenue growth.

Working closely with executive stakeholders, you will act as a trusted advisor and strategic partner, helping organizations innovate, transform, and scale in an increasingly competitive financial services market.

What You'll Do

  • Manage a portfolio of customer accounts, ensuring long-term success, retention, growth, and target gross margin performance.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives.
  • Develop and execute account growth strategies, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities aligned with customer objectives.
  • Support platform adoption, expansion, and continuous optimization to ensure customers realize maximum value from FintechOS.
  • Collaborate closely with Customer Success, Delivery, Pre-Sales, and Product teams to drive successful outcomes.
  • Monitor account health, proactively managing risks and identifying opportunities to improve customer satisfaction.
  • Lead contract renewals, commercial discussions, and negotiations to secure long-term partnerships.
  • Represent the voice of the customer internally and provide strategic feedback to Product, Marketing, and Leadership teams.
  • Participate in executive business reviews, account planning, and customer roadmap discussions.
  • Contribute to a collaborative, customer-centric, and results-driven culture.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or Enterprise Relationship Management, ideally within fintech or SaaS environments.
  • Strong understanding of the financial services industry, including market dynamics, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Experience managing and growing enterprise accounts, preferably within financial institutions.
  • Established network across CEE financial institutions, particularly at senior management level, is a strong advantage.
  • Demonstrated success in driving renewals, account expansion, and long-term customer value.
  • Consultative mindset with the ability to translate customer business needs into value-driven solutions.
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage complex customer relationships across multiple markets.
  • Solid understanding of SaaS business models and customer lifecycle management.
  • Experience working in a start-up or scale-up environment is considered a plus.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms and account management methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
