We're Resultful, the marketing agency built for Microsoft partners - and we're looking for an Account Manager who can become the person our clients trust to make their marketing genuinely better.

If you've done account management in an agency, you know how to keep clients happy and work moving, and you fancy doing it somewhere that's building something different, keep reading.

We're the Microsoft partner marketing agency that does things differently

For years, Microsoft partners have been making do with marketing that sometimes works, usually doesn't. Delivered by people who don't live and breathe this space.

In 2024, we decided there was a better way, setting out to build the agency we always wished existed: one that already knows this world, so clients get to the good stuff faster. We call it being the agency that knows.

Everything we do runs on one idea - marketing with intent. No off-the-cuff decisions. No activity for the sake of looking busy. Every campaign, every message and every pound spent should be there for a reason and pointed at a result.

We're barely two years old, and we're not hanging about. We work with recognisable names within the Microsoft partner ecosystem, we've been shortlisted for all the awards that we're eligible for, and Microsoft itself sends leads our way. Our mission is a simple one: help Microsoft partners grow with marketing that's easier to access, stronger in execution and far more effective in the real world.

The role

As our Account Manager, you're the bridge between our clients and our team. You'll own a portfolio of accounts, get properly under the skin of each client's business, and make sure the work we deliver is sharp, on time and pointed at what they're actually trying to achieve.

It's a hands-on role. One minute you're shaping a brief, the next you're keeping a campaign on track, chasing a sign-off or walking a client through their results. You'll be the person they call - and the person who quietly keeps everything moving behind the scenes.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

Do it well and you won't just keep clients happy. You'll help them grow - and grow their accounts with us in the process.

What you'll be doing

  • Own the day-to-day relationship for a portfolio of clients, becoming a trusted, go-to contact they genuinely value.
  • Get under the skin of each client's business - their goals, their audience, their pressures - so every brief starts from real understanding, not guesswork.
  • Turn client conversations into clear, well-shaped briefs the delivery team can run with.
  • Keep projects and campaigns moving - timelines, budgets, deliverables and sign-offs - so work lands on time and to a high standard.
  • Coordinate the team behind the work - strategy, content, design, digital and paid - and keep everyone pulling in the same direction.
  • Keep everything intentional - push back when activity isn't tied to a clear goal, rather than just filling a plan.
  • Report on performance honestly - no vanity metrics, just what's working, what isn't and what we do next.
  • Spot opportunities to add more value and grow accounts, and flag them early.
  • Manage expectations and head off problems before they land, keeping amends to a minimum by getting the thinking right up front.

What you'll bring

The essentials (and these two really are essential):

  • Proven account management experience - you've owned client relationships, juggled multiple accounts and kept work moving without dropping the ball.
  • Agency experience - you've done this agency-side, so you know the pace, the pressure of several clients at once, the deadlines and the amends. This one's non-negotiable.

Beyond that, we're looking for someone who:

  • Knows their way around marketing broadly - strategy, campaigns, content, paid, SEO, email - enough to talk credibly with clients and brief the team well.
  • Communicates plainly and warmly. People buy from people, and you're someone clients like dealing with.
  • Is organised to their bones - on top of the detail, the deadlines and the dozen plates spinning at once.
  • Is commercially minded - you get that our job is to make our clients' marketing genuinely better and their businesses grow.
  • Takes ownership. You don't wait to be told; you see what needs doing and you get on with it.

Nice to have (but we'll teach you if not):

  • Experience in B2B, tech or the IT channel.
  • An understanding of the Microsoft partner ecosystem - MSPs, ISVs, distributors, co-op and MDF funding - and the rest. If you don't know this world yet, the appetite to learn it fast matters more than already knowing it.

How we work

We're remote-first by design, not by accident. We care about the work you produce, not the hours you're visible online - because busy isn't the same as well directed. You'll get real autonomy and trust, high standards to match, and no time for presenteeism or micromanagement.

We're a small, close team, which means everyone matters and everyone's reachable - senior leaders included. We give honest, kind feedback early and often; we celebrate the wins, and as we grow, you grow. New clients and new territories mean new opportunities, and we'd always rather promote from within.

We work hard, we hold a high bar, and we have a laugh doing it.

The package

  • Salary: £30-40k
  • Remote-first working with genuine flexibility.
  • Annual leave: 24 days (optional Christmas period off)

Sound like you?

If you're an agency-side account manager who wants to do sharper work somewhere that's genuinely building something, we'd love to hear from you.

Submit your CV, and we'll be in touch if we think you're a good fit.
