Discover the World (DTW) Account Manager
Discover the World (DTW) continues to strengthen its established airline portfolio, including our long-standing and successful partnership with JetBlue (B6). To support this work, we are looking for a talented Account Manager to join our team and contribute to the ongoing success of our clients within the UK market.
About the Role
As an Account Manager, you will be the face of one of our major airline clients, representing them within the UK travel industry and acting as their key contact in the market. For JetBlue, this means becoming their ambassador across the UK B2B travel sector—working closely with key decision makers within B6, raising brand awareness, and driving revenue growth across leisure (OTA), TMC, and corporate channels.
You will be a proactive and self-motivated commercial partner, targeting key UK trade accounts, building strong relationships, and fully embedding yourself into the client’s way of working. You’ll support global sales strategies, champion the brand, and ensure that DTW delivers exceptional value and representation.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
