The Opportunity
WPS is looking for an experienced and customer-focused Account Manager to join our Facilities Management team, overseeing the prestigious Mercedes-Benz account in Milton Keynes.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in managing client relationships, driving service excellence, and ensuring the successful delivery of FM services across a high-profile corporate environment. You will act as the key point of contact for the client, building trusted relationships while leading operational performance and continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with Mercedes-Benz stakeholders, becoming a trusted advisor and primary point of contact.
- Ensure contractual obligations, service levels and performance targets are achieved consistently.
- Lead the delivery of Facilities Management services, ensuring operational excellence across hard and soft FM disciplines.
- Monitor and manage account performance, KPIs and compliance requirements.
- Drive customer satisfaction through proactive communication and effective issue resolution.
- Manage budgets, forecasts and financial performance, ensuring delivery against commercial objectives.
- Work closely with operational teams, supply chain partners and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement, innovation and added value for the client.
- Support contract growth and retention through exceptional customer service and relationship management.

About You
We are looking for a commercially aware and relationship-driven professional who can balance client expectations with operational delivery.
You Will Have:
- Experience in an Account Manager, Contract Manager or Client Relationship Manager role within Facilities Management.
- Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
- A proven track record of delivering excellent customer service and contract performance.
- Financial and commercial awareness, including budget management experience.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of FM service delivery, compliance and contract management.
- The ability to influence and build positive relationships at all levels.
