Account Manager | DOT Dynamic Studio | London | Permanent | Full-Time
We are hiring an Account Manager to join DOT Dynamic Studio, a global, award-winning team helping some of the world's leading brands deliver more relevant, effective and innovative digital experiences. Sitting at the intersection of creativity, media, production and technology, you'll play a key role in bringing ambitious projects to life and ensuring clients receive exceptional service from brief through to delivery. This is an exciting opportunity to work across a diverse portfolio of campaigns while helping shape the future of dynamic creative solutions. What you'll be doing:
- Build trusted relationships with clients, agency partners and internal teams, acting as a key day-to-day contact across projects and campaigns.
- Lead project delivery from initial brief through to completion, ensuring timelines, quality standards, budgets and objectives are successfully achieved.
- Translate client goals into clear and actionable plans for creative, media, production and technology teams.
- Coordinate multiple campaign workstreams, proactively managing priorities, risks, dependencies and stakeholder expectations.
- Support commercial performance through accurate project scoping, financial tracking and identification of growth opportunities within existing accounts.
- Facilitate productive collaboration across multidisciplinary teams, ensuring feedback, decisions and next steps are communicated clearly.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying smarter ways of working and supporting the adoption of innovative technologies and AI-enhanced processes.

- Experience in account management, client services, project management or a related role within digital media, marketing, advertising, creative production or technology.
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate confidently and clearly.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities while maintaining attention to detail and a high standard of delivery.
- Commercial awareness and confidence working with budgets, forecasting, project scope or revenue-related activities.
- Collaborative mindset with experience working across cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals.
- Curiosity about digital innovation, creative technology and emerging industry trends, with a willingness to learn and adapt.
- Experience supporting or mentoring colleagues and contributing positively to team development and knowledge sharing.
