Futureheads have partnered with an award-winning health technology business to find an Account Manager based in the UK.

This is a brilliant role for a relationship-first person who's equally comfortable delivering hands-on training and managing a portfolio of accounts. You'll be the trusted face of the business for clients across care homes, hospitals, schools and community services, helping organisations get the very best from the programme and making sure the people they support feel the benefit.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

  • Building strong, lasting relationships with clients and becoming a genuinely trusted partner
  • Delivering engaging training sessions that inspire teams to use the Happiness Programme creatively and confidently
  • Visiting client sites regularly to encourage best practice and maximise the impact of the programme
  • Supporting clients through software updates and ensuring they're always on the latest features
  • Monitoring account health, engagement and quarterly performance metrics across your portfolio
  • Gathering client feedback and sharing insight with the wider team to shape how the product evolves

  • Background in account management, customer success, training or a similar client-facing role
  • Confident delivering presentations and training sessions to varied audiences
  • A natural relationship builder with strong communication skills and the ability to earn trust quickly
  • Comfortable using CRM systems such as HubSpot or Pipedrive
  • Self-sufficient and able to manage your own schedule and regional territory
  • Practically minded with solid technical confidence
  • Genuinely motivated by work that makes a measurable difference to people's lives
