Axess Systems — Account Manager

Are you tired of waiting for your chance to shine? Maybe you’re working for one of the "big" IT resellers. You’re buried in someone else’s pipeline, stuck in sales support, and wondering when you’ll actually get a shot at running your own deals.

Or perhaps you’re with a smaller firm. You’re doing a bit of everything, learning lots, but going nowhere fast. No real plan. No real progression. Just more of the same. Sound familiar?

Good. Because you might be exactly who we’re looking for. At Axess Systems, we’re offering you the opportunity to step into a proper sales role. One where you’re trusted, supported, and given the platform to grow.

We’ve helped others do it. Some of our top-performing salespeople began their careers in this exact role. Now, they’re running major accounts and earning very nicely. If you’ve got the hunger, we’ll help you get there too.

So, what’s the job?

You’ll be joining us as an Account Manager. Which means you’ll stop chasing other people’s leads and start building and managing your own pipeline and clients. You’ll build real relationships, run your own deals, and finally start making an impact with your name on it. You won’t be thrown in at the deep end, either. Full support from leadership and an experienced team that’s done it before and genuinely wants to see you succeed.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

What’s in it for you?

You’ll:

  • Look after your own portfolio of clients and take ownership of your success.
  • Build long-term relationships based on trust and results.
  • Work with industry-leading vendors like Dell, Citrix, and Microsoft.
  • Get hands-on training, guidance, and real-world sales coaching.

Where you’ll work

We’re based in the East Midlands. If you’re nearby, great—we’d love to work with you in person. If not, and you’re the right fit, we’re open to hybrid or remote working too.

Why join us?

Axess Systems has been growing for over 25 years, and a huge part of our team has been with us for over a decade. That’s not because of gimmicks; it’s because we treat people well, invest in their careers, and help them grow. We’re big enough to partner with major vendors and take on enterprise-grade projects, but small enough that you’re never just a number. You’ll have a voice here. You’ll be trusted. And you’ll get the chance to build a proper career.

What next?

If you’re ready to stop watching others get the breaks and start taking your own, apply now. Or drop me a direct message—we’d love to have a chat and see if we’re a good fit for each other.
