Account Manager
We are hiring an Account Manager to own relationships with a portfolio of mid-market customers in the UK. You will drive renewals and expansion, run quarterly business reviews, and work closely with Customer Success and Sales to grow account revenue.

Requirements
- At least three years of account management or customer-facing sales experience in B2B SaaS
- A track record of hitting renewal and expansion targets
- Confident running executive business reviews and negotiating commercial terms
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Comfort working with CRM data
