Join Kinetic-ID at an exciting stage of growth! We are looking for a remote Account Manager to cover North England and Scotland. In return we will offer a competitive salary and commission structure, company vehicle and fuel card, health plan, life assurance, company pension, and 24 days annual leave.
Kinetic-ID designs and delivers MedTech infrastructure that helps healthcare and life sciences professionals focus on patient care and critical work.
This is a 50% account management and 50% new business sales role. You will work alongside a dedicated Business Development Manager who is responsible for generating appointments with potential customers.
Role Overview
As an Account Manager you will be responsible for managing and developing a portfolio of existing NHS customers while proactively identifying, developing and winning new opportunities across NHS Trusts and healthcare organisations.

- Own and develop a portfolio of existing NHS customer accounts.
- Build strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders across NHS Trusts.
- Understand customers' clinical, operational and procurement requirements.
- Identify opportunities to expand Kinetic-ID's presence within existing accounts.
- Develop account plans and strategies to maximise customer value and revenue.
- Manage the sales process for repeat purchases, upgrades, replacements and additional deployments.
- Conduct regular customer meetings and account reviews.
- Maintain strong awareness of upcoming projects, budgets, procurement cycles and customer requirements.
- Act as a trusted commercial partner to customers, providing advice and solutions rather than simply selling products.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service and delivery.
Ideal Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will be an experienced salesperson who is comfortable managing the full sales cycle — from prospecting and initial engagement through to stakeholder management, presentations, tenders, negotiation and closing.

You will need to be commercially ambitious, highly organised and confident engaging with a wide range of stakeholders, from frontline clinical teams and procurement professionals through to senior decision-makers.
Preferred Experience
Experience selling into the NHS, healthcare, medical devices, clinical technology, IT, equipment or another regulated/public-sector environment would be highly advantageous.
