About the role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a commercially minded Account Manager to join a team of creative and client services professionals. You will take ownership of a portfolio of client relationships, leading the delivery of offline, digital, and web projects while identifying opportunities to grow accounts. This role sits across client strategy, project delivery, and a degree of team leadership - ideal for someone who enjoys the pace of agency life.

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the go-to contact for assigned clients, building strong relationships and consistently delivering excellent service
- Own the end-to-end delivery of digital, web, and offline projects, ensuring everything lands on time, within budget, and to a high standard
- Identify and pursue opportunities to grow accounts, both with existing clients and new business
- Guide and support the Account Executive through coaching, performance management, and ongoing development
- Oversee financial processes including quoting, invoicing, and accurate project setup/tracking using Synergist

Requirements
- Demonstrable experience as an Account Manager within a marketing or creative agency
- Strong commercial awareness, with a track record of growing accounts and exceeding client expectations
- Confident leadership and people management skills, including experience managing direct reports
- Strong communication and presentation skills, able to produce clear, strategic briefs and client-facing documentation
- Highly organised and detail-oriented, comfortable managing multiple clients and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
