Talent Frame are delighted to partner with our client on a fantastic Account Manager role. This position offers an exciting opportunity to manage and grow a diverse portfolio of enterprise clients within the video software and corporate events industry, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and partnership expansion.

The salary for the role is c.£60-65k basic, plus £30k on target commission (uncapped, with accelerators).

This role is hybrid working, with a need to regularly be on-site in London for client meetings and events.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a substantial portfolio of large corporate clients, ensuring retention and identifying growth opportunities.
  • Achieve and exceed revenue targets related to renewal, upselling, and cross-selling across assigned accounts.
  • Develop in-depth understanding of client needs, usage patterns, and potential for expansion within their organisations.
  • Build and maintain trust-based relationships through regular communication, business reviews, and strategic planning sessions.
  • Identify risks early, act proactively to mitigate issues, and resolve client concerns efficiently.
  • Foster adoption by ensuring clients maximise value from the platform, encouraging wider use of features and modules.
  • Negotiate renewals and commercial terms confidently, managing pipeline accuracy and forecasting diligently.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including Product, Marketing, and Support to relay client insights, industry trends, and enhancement suggestions.
  • Represent the company at client events, industry gatherings, and on-site visits, primarily in London.

Person Specification

  • Proven experience in account management within B2B SaaS, events, or managed services sectors (experience with event software is a plus).
  • Demonstrated ability to grow revenue within existing accounts through proactive engagement and strategic planning.
  • Skilled at managing a large portfolio with prioritisation and organisation.
  • Confident engaging with senior stakeholders in large organisations, with the credibility to open future opportunities.
  • Commercially astute with excellent attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Comfortable with regular travel to London for client meetings and events.
  • Curious about client businesses, strategic in approach, and results-oriented.
