About the Role
We're looking for an ambitious Account Manager who is ready to take the next step in their career. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to expand their commercial expertise, gain exposure to nationally significant accounts, and play a key role in delivering growth across our customer portfolio.

Responsibilities
YOU'LL MAKE CONTRIBUTIONS THAT MATTER BY...
- Managing and growing strategically important customer accounts, with responsibility for developing strong and trusted customer partnerships.
- Supporting the delivery of commercial plans across Booker and Costco while gaining exposure to a wider portfolio of customers as the role develops.
- Leading day-to-day customer engagement, building confidence in commercial negotiations and influencing key stakeholders both internally and externally.
- Working cross-functionally with Category, Marketing, Supply Chain and Finance teams to deliver exceptional customer solutions.
- Identifying opportunities for growth through category insight, promotional effectiveness, innovation and customer planning.
- Supporting and delivering Joint Business Plans (JBPs) that create long-term value for both Saputo Dairy UK and our customers.
- Developing your commercial and strategic capabilities through hands-on experience.

YOU'RE BEST SUITED FOR THE ROLE IF YOU...
- Have experience within FMCG sales, account management, category, commercial or customer-facing roles and are eager to continue developing your career.
- Are motivated by learning and enjoy taking ownership of customer relationships and commercial projects.
- Have strong relationship-building and communication skills, with the confidence to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Enjoy working collaboratively across functions to deliver shared business goals.
- Are commercially curious and interested in developing a deeper understanding of customer strategy, category management and P&L performance.
- Can analyse data and turn insights into actions that support growth opportunities.
- Are organised, proactive and excited by the challenge of managing multiple priorities.
