Account Manager – Media / Agency Sales
London | Hybrid
Are you currently working as a Sales Executive or Account Executive within media, dealing with media agencies and ready to take the next step into an Account Manager role?
This could be a great opportunity.
We’re working with a leading, award-winning media owner looking for an Account Manager to join its agency sales team. You’ll be working across a high-profile digital advertising portfolio, building relationships with agencies and helping develop, plan and deliver campaigns for some of the UK’s biggest brands.
This is a role where you can take more ownership of your agency relationships, develop commercially and make that move from supporting accounts to really managing and growing them.
What you’ll be doing:
- Building and developing relationships across your agency portfolio
- Identifying new revenue opportunities and growing existing accounts
- Responding to briefs and developing creative, commercially focused proposals
- Working with agencies on campaign planning and delivery
- Managing your pipeline, forecasting and revenue targets
- Monitoring campaigns and providing pre and post-campaign analysis
- Working closely with internal Marketing, Operations and Commercial teams
- Keeping on top of the wider media landscape and bringing ideas to your clients

Who we’re looking for:
You could currently be a Sales Executive, Account Executive or Junior Account Manager within a media owner, agency or similar environment.
The key thing is that you already understand media agencies, are comfortable building relationships and now want more responsibility and the opportunity to develop your commercial skills.

You’ll ideally have:
- Experience dealing with media agencies
- A commercial and ambitious approach
- Strong relationship-building skills
- Confidence presenting and communicating with clients
- Experience working towards sales or revenue targets
- A good understanding of the wider media landscape
- An interest in digital media and technology
Previous Out of Home experience would be useful, but it isn’t essential.
For someone at Sales Executive/Account Executive level who feels ready to step up, this is a really good opportunity to move into a full Account Manager position with a major player in the media industry.
