Do you want to manage the accounts of two retail giants, employing thousands of people across hundreds of locations throughout the UK?

We are recruiting on behalf of an established apprenticeship training provider that delivers apprenticeship training to organisations across the UK. Two of their key clients are these well-known retail giants, and my client is looking for an Account Manager to manage these high-value relationships, ensuring they continue to receive an excellent service.

Please only apply if you meet this essential requirement: You must have at least 1 year's experience in a business-to-business (B2B) account management or customer-facing role. B2B means you've worked with business clients rather than members of the public, building relationships, managing customer accounts, resolving queries and providing ongoing account support.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
