THE ROLE: As Territory Manager, you will be tasked with managing and developing a strong client base of existing business across the South Coast, whilst also identifying and closing new business sales opportunities. You will be selling a premium portfolio of dental implants, aligners, equipment, consumables and software into a mix of NHS and private dental practices. The company is renowned for its product quality, clinical innovation and strong reputation within the dental sector. This is a consultative sales role where you will build long-term relationships with dentists, practice owners and clinicians, helping them improve patient outcomes through market-leading solutions.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:
- EITHER dental/medical or healthcare sales experience
- OR a TCO, Dental Nurse or Practice Manager seeking a new challenge in sales
- OR a commercially minded Dental Technician looking to transition into a customer-facing sales role
- Strong relationship-building skills with the confidence to engage clinicians and decision-makers
- Tenacious, driven and passionate approach with a hunter mentality and genuine desire to exceed targets
- Full driving licence with no more than 6 points
THE PACKAGE FOR TERRITORY MANAGER:
- Basic: £35,000 - £45,000
- OTE: £15,000 - £20,000+ uncapped
- Hybrid Car or car allowance
- Benefits: Pension, Healthcare, Lunch Allowance
