About Blazon

Blazon is The Product Launch Agency. Since 2013 we have taken more than 500 hardware and consumer technology products to market.

The role

We are hiring an Account Manager to own the front end of the client relationship: the first call with a new enquiry, the qualification decision, and then the day-to-day management of that client through their campaign. You will also own Blazon's own social channels and contribute to campaign creative.

This is a role with a defined route to leading client services at Blazon. The agency is growing, the founder currently carries most of the client relationships, and this hire is the first step in changing that. You will report directly to the Managing Director.

Core responsibilities

Client and project management

  • Act as the day-to-day contact for clients during live campaigns
  • Onboard new clients: kick-off calls, folder set-up, timelines, access and briefs
  • Maintain the project tracker and keep timelines, deliverables and status current
  • Coordinate the internal team and freelancers against client requirements
  • Schedule and run client calls and circulate actions afterwards

Sales and pipeline

  • Respond to inbound enquiries and hold the first qualification call with prospective clients
  • Assess each lead against Blazon's qualification criteria and record the outcome in HubSpot and the lead tracker
  • Manage follow-ups, discovery calls and proposal hand-offs
  • Chase outstanding proposals and contracts through to signature
  • Support outbound activity where required

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
