Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to lead the delivery of exceptional workplace and guest services across a prestigious multi-site corporate portfolio.

As the key client contact, you will build strong stakeholder relationships, drive service excellence, and lead a large, diverse team to consistently deliver outstanding results. This is a highly visible role requiring regular travel and a hands-on approach to supporting both clients and operational teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage senior client relationships and act as the primary point of contact.
  • Lead, develop and inspire teams across multiple locations.
  • Drive performance against KPIs and SLAs.
  • Deliver business reviews, reports and strategic recommendations.
  • Lead projects, change initiatives and continuous improvement activities.
  • Ensure compliance with employment legislation, Health & Safety, and company policies.
  • Support the successful delivery of corporate events.

Qualifications

Required Skills and Experience

  • Leadership experience within a 5-star corporate, hospitality or workplace environment.
  • Proven success managing large, multi-site operations and diverse teams.
  • Strong client relationship and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience delivering business reviews, analysing data and presenting insights.
  • Skilled in leading through change and developing future leaders.
  • Confident, proactive, highly organised and customer focused.

Technical Knowledge

  • Meeting room and visitor management systems (Condeco or similar).
  • Helpdesk/ticketing systems and switchboard operations.
  • Microsoft Office (advanced proficiency).
  • Employment legislation and Health & Safety practices.
  • Video conferencing platforms (Zoom, Polycom or similar).
  • AV systems knowledge is desirable
