About FullProxy and the role
FullProxy, a Viatel Technology Group Company, helps public and private sector organisations reduce cyber risk and gain greater value from their technology investments. We provide cyber security advice, professional services and managed services. Our specialists work closely with leading technology partners to solve complex security and infrastructure challenges. We value strong relationships, clear communication and dependable delivery. As FullProxy continues to grow, we are looking for an Account Manager to nurture our existing clients and identify further opportunities to support them.
This is a strategic account management role rather than a traditional new-business position. You will take commercial ownership of an established client portfolio. Your focus will be client retention, relationship development, renewals and account growth.
Your responsibilities
- You will act as a trusted commercial contact for your assigned clients. You will develop a clear understanding of their organisations, priorities and technology plans. Working with FullProxy’s technical and delivery teams, you will ensure clients receive relevant advice and consistent support. You will also identify opportunities where our services and solutions can create further value. Success will depend on careful account planning, sound commercial judgement and reliable follow-through.
- Create strategic account plans covering client goals, stakeholders, renewals, risks and growth opportunities.
- Build trusted relationships with senior, commercial and technical stakeholders within each client organisation.
- Lead regular account and service reviews, agree actions and ensure commitments are completed.
- Identify suitable renewal, cross-selling and expansion opportunities across FullProxy’s portfolio.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, account forecasts, opportunity details and commercial plans.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
