The Role
As Account Manager, you'll act as the key point of contact for a portfolio of clients, ensuring projects and events are delivered seamlessly from initial briefing through to completion.
You'll work closely with operations, warehouse teams, suppliers, drivers and event staff to coordinate logistics, manage expectations and ensure every activation runs smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing day-to-day communication with clients via phone and email
- Building strong client relationships and providing exceptional service throughout the project lifecycle
- Coordinating the planning and delivery of events, activations and promotional campaigns
- Managing client requirements, budgets and timelines
- Working closely with operational teams to ensure orders, equipment and logistics are delivered on time
- Scheduling and coordinating drivers, crew, suppliers and external partners
- Supporting live events and providing solutions to any challenges that arise
- Conducting post-event reviews and sharing feedback across teams
- Producing reports, KPI data and client updates
- Identifying opportunities to grow accounts and add value to client relationships
- Maintaining accurate records and supporting internal administrative processes
- Ensuring all projects meet health & safety requirements and company procedure

About You
We're looking for someone who is proactive, highly organised and confident managing multiple priorities at once.
You'll ideally have:
- Previous Account Management experience within events, experiential marketing, brand activations, exhibitions or promotions
- Strong client relationship management skills
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities
- Experience managing projects from brief through to delivery
- Confidence working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
- Good commercial awareness and budget management experience
- Strong MS Office skills, particularly Excel
- A hands-on attitude and willingness to go the extra mile when required
Desirable
- Experience within FMCG, promotional marketing or experiential events
- Experience coordinating event staff, crew or suppliers
- Knowledge of event logistics and equipment
