Revenue teams have never had more execution tools at their fingertips, yet building pipeline keeps getting harder. Every channel is more expensive and less effective, and time and budget keep getting poured into processes that never quite work.
The reason? GTM is decided before execution even starts. Teams invest in powerful execution engines, then point them at the wrong accounts, using data that's generic, shallow, and identical to what every competitor already has. More data was never the fix. The right intelligence is.
That's what we've built. Goodfit defines, sources, and grades every account in a company's market, so revenue teams know precisely which accounts to go after, why they matter, and where to commit resources with conviction.
You'll be joining a team led by experienced revenue leaders. Our CEO, Harrison, scaled Paddle to $100M and a $1.4B valuation. Adam, our CRO, took a commercial function from $0 to $100M. Aleks, Co-Founder and CPO, invented the data engine behind our GTM intelligence. We're backed by leading VCs including Notion Capital, closed a $13M Series A in 2025, and have ambitious growth plans for 2026 and beyond - come and be part of it!
The Role
We're hiring an Account Manager to join our growing Account Management team. You'll own a book of client accounts end-to-end, from onboarding through to renewal and expansion, making sure every client gets full value from Goodfit across their go-to-market. Reporting to our Head of Account Management, you'll be coached and supported by an experienced commercial leader while taking real ownership of your accounts from day one.
You'll work directly with senior commercial leaders at some of the fastest growing B2B companies around (Salesloft, Chili Piper, Deepgram and Paddle), advising them on how to use Goodfit in their go-to-market, finding the best routes into the wider commercial teams who don't use us yet, and building a strong base of customer advocates along the way. Goodfit is an early stage environment without set playbooks for every scenario - you'll help shape them as you go.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

As an Account Manager at Goodfit you will:
- Own your book of business. Take clients end-to-end, from delivering their Goodfit dataset (in collaboration with our Solutions team) and guiding them through configuration and best practice, to owning renewal and expansion.
- Play a consultative role. Advise on best practice, challenge assumptions and contribute to a more effective GTM motion. Validate constantly that we've mapped the right market and enriched it with the data their plans need - the right account, at the right time, with the right message, in a way that enhances the customer's current GTM playbook.
- Make the data usable. Help clients integrate Goodfit into their CRM (e.g. SFDC, HubSpot), sequencing tools (e.g. Salesloft, Lemlist) and data warehouses (e.g. Snowflake).
- Drive renewal and expansion. Own the commercial conversations across your accounts, spotting expansion opportunities, forecasting accurately and making sure clients maximise their use of Goodfit as we maximise our opportunity with them.
- Keep a pulse on client health. Track adoption and engagement across your book, flag risk early, and act on it before it becomes a problem.
- Contribute to the playbook. Help build and maintain the processes, best-practice documentation and common solutions that make account management success repeatable across the team.
- Represent the voice of the customer. Relay client feedback to Product and Engineering to guide the roadmap, and work closely with Sales and Solutions on handoffs and cross-functional alignment.
