The Challenge

Mid-market organisations face ever-evolving operational demands, yet keeping accounting and finance software aligned with business growth is a constant struggle. Delivering long-term value and retention requires more than just customer support—it demands proactive, strategic relationship management to ensure client systems continuously evolve.

The Opportunity

With 20 years of proven stability and a market-leading product, Aqilla is layering on a high-growth 'scale-up' mindset. We aren't looking for passive support contacts—we need proactive Account Farmers who thrive on unlocking value within existing accounts, committing clients to long-term partnerships, and ensuring our customers remain loyal advocates for life.

What you'll be doing

  • Farming Key Accounts: Driving recurring growth and expanding revenue within our existing mid-market customer base.
  • Securing Long-Term Commitments: Transitioning key clients away from basic SaaS arrangements toward strategic, long-term contracts.
  • Being a Trusted Advisor: Acting as the primary liaison for C-suite and operational leaders, consulting on their long-term finance transformation needs.
  • Refining Retention Strategy: Developing and executing proactive initiatives to maximize customer satisfaction and prevent churn.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinating technical teams and internal resources to ensure smooth project delivery and continuous alignment with customer goals.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
