LTM’s Banking & Financial Services team is looking for dynamic and enthusiastic candidates for an Account Manager position in London, UK.

Job Description
Account Manager: London, UK
You Will:
- Support the sales team with day-to-day sales, account planning, and customer-preparation activities
- Attend internal and customer meetings; capture decisions, actions, commitments, and follow-ups
- Maintain opportunity trackers, action logs, meeting notes, and concise status updates
- Coordinate with sales, delivery, finance, and other stakeholders to secure inputs, approvals, and deliverables
- Monitor deadlines, follow through on commitments, and escalate risks or delays when needed
- Review sales, revenue, and account information; support financial approvals and decision-making
- Build simple financial models, dashboards, data queries, and structured summaries
- Identify trends, gaps, and opportunities requiring attention
- Use Copilot and other AI tools to streamline meeting preparation, follow-up, reporting, and sales administration
- Create reusable templates, prompts, trackers, and workflows, and expand successful practices across the team
- Build knowledge of banking-transformation solutions and gradually assume ownership of selected accounts

Skills You Will Bring
- Strong verbal and written communication, customer service, teamwork, and collaboration skills
- Analytical thinking and confidence working with financial information
- Basic knowledge of banking, financial services, and technology-enabled transformation
- Technology fluency, including Copilot or similar generative AI tools
- Ability to build simple models, trackers, dashboards, or automation solutions
- Strong organization, follow-through, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and contribute confidently in customer and internal meetings
- Proactive learning mindset, intellectual curiosity, adaptability, and motivation to succeed, with the potential to develop into account management
- Well-rounded extracurricular experience with demonstrated leadership
- Ability to work from the London office when required

Education
- Bachelor’s degree or higher with a technology focus.
- Majors include Math, Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Information Technology, Cyber Security, and others.
- 3.0 GPA or higher.
