Onsite Account Manager
Job Title: Onsite Account Manager
Location: Milton Keynes (onsite, covering 4 high-volume client locations)
Reports to: Operations Manager
We're looking for someone who has experience managing high volume, across multiple client locations. Experience working in fast paced recruitment such as FMCG, logistic etc is a big advantage

The Opportunity
Based onsite in Milton Keynes, you will be responsible for managing our service delivery across four high-volume client locations. This is a relationship-focused role centered on operational excellence rather than sales. You will be the visible, day-to-day presence for our client and workforce across all four sites, inducting new starters, supporting temporary workers and ensuring every placement is successful.
You will play a key role in strengthening client partnerships through exceptional communication, responsiveness and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
- Act as the primary day-to-day contact for the client across all four locations.
- Maintain a regular onsite presence at each location to review workforce performance and client satisfaction.
- Build trusted relationships with hiring managers and operational teams.
- Hold regular service review meetings, reporting on KPIs such as fill rates, attendance and retention, and identify opportunities to enhance delivery.

Candidate Onboarding & Inductions
- Welcome new starters and deliver engaging site inductions.
- Ensure candidates understand client expectations, health and safety requirements and assignment details.
- Conduct first-day and ongoing welfare checks.
- Support candidates throughout their assignments to maximize retention and engagement.
Operational Delivery
- Coordinate with recruitment and resourcing teams to ensure smooth mobilization of large numbers of workers.
- Manage fulfilment of high-volume, shift-based orders across all four sites, including peak and seasonal ramp-ups.
- Monitor attendance, timekeeping and assignment performance.
- Resolve issues quickly and professionally, escalating where appropriate.
- Balance workforce levels across the four locations, redeploying workers between sites where needed to maintain continuity.
Compliance & Administration
- Ensure all recruitment documentation and compliance checks are completed accurately.
- Maintain accurate records within internal systems.
- Support payroll queries, holiday requests and assignment changes.
- Ensure client-specific procedures and standards are consistently followed.

Service Excellence
- Champion a people-first approach that balances outstanding customer service with commercial awareness.
- Gather feedback from clients and workers to support continuous improvement.
- Work collaboratively with recruitment consultants, resources and management to deliver exceptional outcomes.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in recruitment within a high-volume, multi-site environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the confidence to engage at all levels.
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
- Able to prioritize and manage competing demands across multiple sites.
- Calm under pressure and able to solve problems proactively.
- Full UK driving license and willingness to travel between the four client locations.
- Passion for creating positive experiences for both clients and candidates.
