Are you an experienced income recovery professional who can balance customer support with effective arrears management and legal enforcement?

Join our high-performing Income Team and take ownership of a diverse portfolio of rent accounts, using your expertise to maximise income collection, reduce arrears, and support customers to sustain their tenancies.

About The Role

As an Account Manager, you'll manage a portfolio of rent accounts, taking a proactive approach to income recovery while providing tailored support to customers experiencing financial difficulties. You'll negotiate sustainable repayment arrangements, maximise household income through welfare support, and take appropriate legal action where required.

You'll work closely with customers, visiting them in their homes where needed to provide advice, identify support requirements, and help sustain successful tenancies. You'll also work in partnership with local authorities, support agencies, and other services to ensure customers can access the assistance they need.

From early intervention and arrears prevention through to possession proceedings, court representation, and enforcement action, you'll play a key role in protecting rental income while delivering fair and effective outcomes for customers. You'll also support the recovery of non-rent debts and other housing-related charges where required.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for a customer-focused professional with experience in income recovery, housing management, or debt resolution who shares our values and is passionate about making a positive impact.

Customer Driven

You balance excellent customer service with effective income recovery, taking the time to understand individual circumstances while finding sustainable solutions that support tenancy sustainment and maximise rent collection.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
