Are you a confident communicator who enjoys building relationships, helping customers and keeping things organised?
We are recruiting an Account Manager to join an established and growing business. This is a varied, relationship-focused position where you will manage customer accounts, respond to enquiries and work closely with colleagues to deliver an excellent service.
Previous sales experience is not essential. We are more interested in finding someone who communicates well, builds rapport naturally and is motivated to learn.

- Building positive, long-term relationships with customers
- Acting as a reliable point of contact for your accounts
- Responding to enquiries by telephone and email
- Understanding customer requirements and providing suitable solutions
- Preparing information and following up on opportunities
- Coordinating with other departments to keep customers updated
- Resolving queries in a helpful and professional manner
- Maintaining accurate account and customer information
- Identifying opportunities to develop existing relationships
About you:
- A warm, confident and professional communicator
- Comfortable building relationships over the phone and by email
- Organised and able to manage several priorities
- Proactive and willing to take ownership
- Customer-focused and naturally helpful
- Comfortable learning new systems and processes
- Motivated to develop within a commercial environment
- A dependable and supportive team member
