Account Manager

LOCATION – UK, London (hybrid)

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Account Manager (AM) to join our Medical Communications team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing healthcare communications programs that align with their strategic objectives. You'll work closely with senior team members, oversee junior colleagues, contribute to business development efforts, and manage financial aspects of accounts.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain trusted client relationships as the day-to-day contact.
• Actively listen to client needs, address issues proactively, and escalate when necessary.
• Lead the development of tactical proposals for Requests for Proposals (RfPs).
• Identify and pursue opportunities to grow existing client work, involving senior input where needed.
• Manage and execute projects, ensuring alignment with client expectations, timelines, and budgets.
• Adapt to each client’s preferred communication and working style.
• Facilitate clear and consistent communication within internal teams.
• Mentor and support the development of junior team members, providing regular and constructive feedback.
