Location: North East
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week
Salary £33,500 + Bonus

The Role
We are looking for a results-driven National Territory Account Manager to take full ownership of a designated territory, driving new business growth while maintaining and developing existing client relationships. You will be expected to deliver value-led conversations, identify opportunities, and take accountability for your own performance and targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of national accounts, providing expert field support and relationship management
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within your territory
- Monitor sales performance and generate monthly reports on key metrics
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities
- Engage regularly with clients, providing quotations and ensuring a high level of customer service
What We’re Looking For
We are seeking a commercially driven individual with a passion for sales and business development. You should be a confident communicator, able to thrive in a performance-focused environment.

Key Requirements
- Proven experience in external sales
- Strong commercial awareness and the ability to identify and convert opportunities
- Experience within the PPE and Workwear industry is highly desirable
- Ability to work independently, while collaborating effectively with wider teams
