We’re seeking an organised and detail-oriented Account Manager, looking to join a passionate, fast-paced, commercially focused Sales team. Here, you'll play a critical role in maximising the growth of Belazu’s sales and help deliver our excellent level of service.

Whilst we are a hybrid team, you must be comfortable commuting to our Greenford location on a weekly basis, as well as London and national travel on a regular basis.
What You Will Do
Sitting within our Foodservice team, your role will focus on the restaurant, hotel and catering sectors. You will be responsible for:
- Take full responsibility for your own portfolio of existing accounts, ranging from restaurants and hotels, to caterers, delis and farm shops.
- Manage customer relationships and build rapport with key stakeholders, including face-to-face visits, promotional events, and follow up customer support.
- Act as an ambassador of our products through product tastings, organised events (such as festivals and industry events) and thorough knowledge of our product range.
- Assist in the identification, research and onboarding of potential new business, as well as leading on the engagement with new businesses within your own market area.
- Engage with our innovation and marketing teams to ensure we deliver the best products to our customers.
- Support our wider customer support teams, such as customer service and finance, to ensure a harmonised experience for customers.
- Maintain an organised and efficient working environment, extending to customers files and our CRM.
- Attend regular internal meetings to support the development of our team, goals, initiatives, and your own development.
- Actively contribute to the wider Belazu community, including our commitment to safety and B-Corp status.

Our Ideal Candidate Will Have
- A passion for food and cooking.
- Can-do and team player attitude, with the courage to put forward new ideas
- Commercial mind-set, with keen negotiation and improvisation skills
- Ability to work from a long list of actions, with the enthusiasm to get these ticked off both efficiently and to the best level of service
- Adaptability, versatility, and resilience to push forward in times of challenge
- Strong analytical skills, a keen attention to detail, and the ability to learn quickly and adapt
- Comfortability using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and other digital tools
- Confidence when engaging across different stakeholders, both internally and externally, including presenting and building rapport
- Capable to work under pressure and pro-actively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Enthusiasm to learn and improve, and ability to take the initiative and ownership, whilst demonstrating integrity, reliability, and a strong commitment to quality standards.
Whilst previous exposure in a similar customer facing sales role is preferred, we will consider all candidates with relevant transferable skills or equivalent experience.
