About the Role
I’m working with a highly regarded specialist marketing agency that is looking to add an experienced Account Manager to its client services team. This is a varied role for someone who enjoys being close to clients, managing interesting projects and bringing different teams together to deliver great work. You’ll work with a mix of established and growing brands, helping turn marketing objectives into well-planned campaigns and communications.
What you’ll be doing
As an Account Manager, you’ll take ownership of day-to-day client relationships and become a key point of contact across a portfolio of accounts.
- You’ll get under the skin of your clients’ businesses, understand their objectives and help develop marketing strategies and plans that deliver against them.
- You’ll work closely with specialists across creative, strategy, content, media and other disciplines to bring campaigns to life.
A big part of the role will be project management. You’ll manage activity from initial brief through to delivery, keeping projects organised, budgets on track and stakeholders updated.
Reasons to use Rodeo
I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
