🎨 Account Manager – Brand & Communications Agency

💷 Salary: £35,000 – £40,000
📍 Hybrid working (3 days in)

🚀 The Opportunity

Our client is an established brand and communications agency creating impactful campaigns for a diverse portfolio of B2B and B2C clients.

They are looking for an experienced Account Manager to join their small, collaborative team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with agency experience who enjoys building strong client relationships, managing multiple projects and working closely with creative teams to deliver high-quality campaigns.

💡 The Role

You will act as a key point of contact for clients, taking briefs from initial ideas through to successful delivery. You’ll be responsible for keeping projects organised, on track and aligned with client objectives, while working closely with internal teams and external suppliers.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • 🤝 Managing day-to-day client relationships and acting as a trusted point of contact
  • 📝 Taking and developing client briefs, translating ideas into clear and deliverable projects
  • 📅 Managing multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and budgets are maintained
  • 🎨 Working closely with creative, content and production teams to deliver high-quality work
  • 🔄 Coordinating external suppliers and ensuring smooth project delivery
  • 💬 Providing regular updates to clients and managing feedback effectively
  • 💡 Identifying opportunities to add value and strengthen client relationships
  • 👥 Supporting the wider team across campaigns, content and communications projects

👋 About You

We’re looking for someone with several years’ experience within an agency environment, who understands the demands of managing clients and multiple projects at pace. You’ll ideally have experience across brand, campaigns, content and communications, together with excellent organisation and communication skills.

Most importantly, you’ll be:

  • 📋 Organised, resilient and able to manage competing priorities
  • 🎨 Comfortable working with creative teams and external suppliers
  • 💼 Commercially aware and focused on delivering excellent client service
