Account Manager
Manchester | Hybrid | £38,000 to £40,000 - £50,500 to £54,000 total OTE
We’re working with a well-established EdTech and e-learning business that provides technology-led learning and development solutions to organisations across the UK.
The business works with a wide range of public sector and commercial organisations, helping them deliver training, development and learning programmes through innovative digital solutions. With a strong existing customer base, this role is focused on building long-term client relationships, growing existing accounts and identifying new opportunities within those accounts, rather than high-volume new business.
The Manchester team has an experienced leadership group and a strong reputation for developing people. The culture is collaborative, energetic and performance-focused, with plenty of opportunities to progress your career.
The Role
We’re looking for an Account Manager to manage and grow an existing portfolio of B2B customers.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
