The Role
We are looking for an Account Manager to sit at the absolute center of our automotive account. You will act as the crucial connecting thread between the client and our internal teams -translating big-picture expectations into executable, high-impact creative work.
With the support and guidance of a Senior Account Manager, you’ll take ownership of specific programs of work spanning social media, digital display production, campaign management, and hands-on content production. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love bringing strategy to life, this role offers incredible variety, influence, and growth.
What You’ll Be Doing...
🤝 Client Leadership & Relationship Management
- Act as the primary, day-to-day point of contact for key account workstreams, building deep trust and understanding client priorities.
- Ensure all work is delivered to a high standard, on time, and within budget while proactively managing risks before they escalate.

🎯 Account Delivery & Internal Collaboration
- Translate client briefs into clear, actionable plans for internal creative, strategy, and production teams.
- Bridge the gap between owned and paid media teams to guarantee seamless, integrated delivery from brief to launch.
📱 Social Media Oversight & Production
- Manage content calendars, community management, and client approval processes alongside our social team.
- Bring a solid understanding of social metrics and brand reporting to help refine content ideas and performance.
- Lead hands-on social content production when required, ensuring smooth pre-production and execution.
🖥️ Digital Display & Campaign Fulfilment
- Coordinate digital display production, managing briefing, feedback, versioning, and asset supply.
- Work closely with media partners to hit crucial quarterly changeover deadlines.
📈 Commercial & Account Growth
- Keep the account commercially sound by managing estimations, cost approvals, billing, and forecasting.
- Stay alert to client needs, spotting organic growth opportunities, process improvements, or new solutions that add real value.
Skills & Experience We’re Looking For...

Essential:
- Agency Experience: Background in a creative or digital agency as an Account Executive or Account Manager.
- Social & Digital Savvy: Hands-on experience managing social campaigns, content calendars, client approvals, and content production. Solid understanding of social metrics and performance reporting.
- Asset Production: Exposure to digital display asset production, versioning, and media partner coordination.
- Client & Team Management: Proven ability to act as a main client contact and translate briefs into clear internal direction.
- Organisational Mastery: Excellent multi-tasking skills with a structured, reliable approach and high attention to detail.
- Commercial Awareness: Comfort with timelines, budgets, forecasting, and billing processes.
- Problem-Solving Mindset: Comfortable navigating ambiguity, anticipating risks, and driving solutions.
Desirable:
- 🚘 Automotive Experience: Prior experience working on automotive accounts or a strong understanding of the automotive industry at large.
- Broader Channel Knowledge: Familiarity with paid media, PR, or website operations.
