About the role

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Account Manager to be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with existing customers ensuring their success and satisfaction, focusing on high account retention and helping identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.

The primary focus of this role is to retain and strengthen these relationships whilst being the primary point of contact for our clients, working closely to understand their needs, drive adoption of our solutions and identify opportunities for additional value.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Manage and nurture existing accounts, driving customer satisfaction, loyalty and long-term retention
  • Proactively expand the contact network within assigned accounts to facilitate deeper engagement and collaboration
  • Develop and implement comprehensive strategies to deepen and broaden partnerships with these accounts, aligning with overall business objectives
  • Identify and pursue growth opportunities within your accounts, collaborating with relevant internal teams to drive success
  • Generate leads for growth opportunities within the account, including leads for new products billed directly or for network recommendations
  • Achieve and maintain high levels of net revenue retention for the revenue related to assigned accounts, ensuring consistent growth and stability
  • Own the at-risk process, identifying early warning signs and intervening proactively to protect account health
  • Efficiently handle and prioritize inbound requests from assigned accounts, ensuring timely and effective responses
  • Work closely with the Customer Support teams to ensure customers are receiving a high level of customer service
  • Work closely with the Product and Onboarding team to manage development work and pilots through your customer network
  • Personally follow the business reporting and documentation processes to ensure all reporting requirements are completed accurately and on time

We are looking for:

  • An experienced Account Manager, with proven experience in building and sustaining strong relationships with senior stakeholders, with a track record of delivering revenue growth and customer retention
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients
  • A strong understanding of industry dynamics, including emerging trends, challenges and the competitive landscape
  • A self-starter, with a proactive approach
  • A strong understanding of the CitNOW Group product portfolio is desirable, but not essential
